Chwatal – Little Playmates

This short, fun piece by F. X. Chwatal is a great introduction to getting both hands working together. Just as there is give and take when playing with friends, so the melody of this piece keeps switching between the right and the left hands. Listen out for the tune, and play the chordal accompaniment more gently. Tiny wrist adjustments will help the weaker outer fingers feel comfortable and strong in the 5-finger positions.
